I would say that Gor-Rok is the best Lord for the Lizardmen, honestly. There are a few exceptions, but not that many, honestly. Karl Franz, Grimgor, Tyrion, Malekith, Mazdamundi, etc etc. There’s also the exciting prospect of new armies, campaigns, and other features that are no doubt just around the corner. Typically it's the one considered the 'leader' of the faction entire and is the first one advertised on the selection screen. That change of setting and the narrative drive of the Great Vortex will be enough for most, alongside a suite of smaller, more subtle changes.
